Tom Stevens has been in the construction business since 1986 and founded TS Construction, Inc. in 1989 as a framing contractor. Tome became a homebuilder in 1998 with the philosophy that quality is always the number one priority in building a home. People often ask Tom if he builds houses. “No, I build homes.” He believes in hands on approach with every home.
